I’ve practiced yoga for over a decade, am a trained Reiki I practitioner, and maintain a steady meditation practice. I’ve witnessed, personally and clinically, that when mind and body are aligned, clarity, self-awareness, and balance, including physiologically through changes in our nervous system, begin to unfold, leading to a deeper sense of wellbeing and wholeness.
In care, I often prescribe simple, sustainable practices: guided breath work to regulate the nervous system, brief daily meditations to build focus and calm, and various forms of yoga aligned with your body and season of life. We start small (2–5 minutes), choose methods that fit your schedule and mobility, and layer in support tools, apps, audio guides, or community practice, so mindfulness becomes a daily habit, not another task. The goal is steady, embodied skills that become part of your lifestyle so you can breathe, center, and respond to life with more ease and groundedness..
